2024 Oak Street Construction
Starting July 8th, portions of Oak Street will close for stormwater improvement construction.

Parking
On Street Parking
Parking on Oak Street between Mason and Meldrum will be closed starting July 8th for construction. You can still park:
- On Oak Street east of Mason Street
- On Mountain Avenue between Meldrum Street and College Avenue
- On Howes Street between Laporte Avenue and Oak Street
- On Canyon Avenue
- On the west side of Mason Street between Mountain Avenue and Laporte Avenue
- On the east side of Mason Street between Oak Street and Mountain Avenue
- On Olive Street
- On College Avenue
- On Laporte Avenue
Please note, the majority of this parking is limited to two hours. Along the west side of Howes Street between Laporte Avenue and Oak Street, there are also "School Zones" and "No Parking" zones. Please do not park in these areas.
During the 2024 season, we will have limited vouchers available at our booth at the base of the large flag pole. There are two parking lots/ structures near the Market:
- The Civic Center Parking Structure at Laporte and Mason
- Cost: Free for the first hour. After that, parking is $1 per hour.
- The Mason Lot on Mason between Oak Street and Mountain Avenue
Limited street parking is available nearby. We strongly encourage you to park in the nearby parking garage, the Mason Lot, located at Mason Street and Mountain Avenue. The first hour is free, even on weekends.
Accessible Parking
There is accessible parking on:
- Canyon Avenue
- Mountain Avenue between Howes Street and College
- On the west side of Mason Street between Mountain Avenue and Laporte Avenue
- On Oak Street east of Mason
- The Civic Center Parking Structure at Laporte and Mason
- On College Avenue
- On Olive Street East of Mason
We will also create several spots for those with limited mobility on Howes Street between Oak Street and Mountain Avenue.
Bike to the Market
Bike racks are located east of the Courthouse entrance, on the north side of the building, and on the west side of the building.
Public Transportation
If you plan on taking public transportation, then consider the MAX line through Transfort. There are three stops close to the market along Mason. The closest stop is at the northeast corner of Mason Street and Mountain Avenue.

- Special events may impact parking availability.
- The Larimer County Court House Parking lot at 200 W. Oak Street is closed for the Farmers’ Market every Saturday from May to October. If your car was towed, please contact Choice Towing at 970-482-0159.
