• We issue certificates for all births that occurred within the State of Colorado from 1900 to the present.
• We issue copies of death certificates for deaths which occurred in Colorado.
• Burial permits (Authority for Final Disposition) are issued to funeral homes and families that are acting as their own funeral directors.
