Thank you for your interest in setting up a Larimer County Citizen Sign-On account. 

As we release new online tools, and revamp existing tools, this account will allow you single sign on to Larimer County's online services. 

You can sign in by clicking on, or hovering over, the user icon in the top right corner and selecting 'Sign Up / Log In'. 

Before you login though, take a look at the sections below as they describe the different options you may use to set up your account:

For your security our login methods use industry experts outside Larimer County. These services use 3rd party browser cookies. By default most browsers allow these cookies. But if you have modified your settings and disabled them in your browser, please create an exception so that you can login to our site.

Facebook login button

By clicking the signup or sign in with Facebook button the site will attempt to check for an logged in Facebook session. If you are not logged in you will be taken to Facebook's login page.

  • If you have never used Facebook to Login
    • During the first time using Facebook to login, you will be prompted to allow access to basic account details. This includes information in Facebook's public profile and your email address.  This information is not shared with outside entities. 
    • Once you allow access, you will be forwarded to your new Larimer County website profile page. To best serve you you may be asked to update additional details, such as home and mailing address. Again, these details are only used to better help you in using the website and not shared outside the county.
  • If you are a returning user
    • If you have used Facebook in the past to access the Larimer County website, and you have an active Facebook session, by clicking the Sign In with Facebook button you should be brought directly to your profile page.

Sign Up with Google

By clicking the signup or sign in with Google button the site will attempt to check for an logged in Google session. If you are not logged in you will be taken to Google's login page.

  • If you have never used Google to Login
    • During the first time using Google to login, you will be prompted to allow access to basic account details. This includes basic account details such as first name, last name and your email address.  This information is not shared with outside entities. 
    • Once you allow access, you will be forwarded to your new Larimer County website profile page. To best serve you you may be asked to update additional details, such as home and mailing address. Again, these details are only used to better help you in using the website and not shared outside the county.
  • If you are a returning user
    • If you have used Google in the past to access the Larimer County website, and you have an active Google session, by clicking the Sign In with Google button you should be brought directly to your profile page.

If you don't have a Facebook or Google Account you wish to use to login you can always set up a Larimer County account using an email address and password.

To set up an account using this method you will be presented with the a sign up form.

Complete the form and click 'Sign Up'. You will then be sent an email at the address provided to verify it is correct. If you are having trouble receiving this email and verifying the address please see some tips in 'Verifying Email', listed below.

After confirming your email address you will be brought back to the site and prompted to login. After providing your email address and your password, and clicking sign in. You will be taken to your profile page. You may asked for additional details.

When logging in for the first time you may be sent an email to the address you provided. When you receive this email, click the link provided.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, and you have checked your spam or junk mail box, please Contact Us.

LC Employee Sign Up Button

To login as an Employee, please click the LC-Employee.  

If you are logging in from a Windows computer that is on the County's Domain:

  • You may briefly see the Okta Screen, and then you should be brought to your profile page. Please verify account details and make updates as needed.

If logging in as an employee when not on a Larimer County Windows machine:

  • If you are not yet logged into OKTA, you will be brought to the OKTA login page. Use your Larimer County Credentials to login. 
  • Once Logged In, Please verify account details and make updates as needed.

If you don't have access to use OKTA to login, you may be required to use a personal email address to login. Contact us for more details.
