The convenience of having a document notarized is available at the Larimer County Recording Department located in the Larimer County Administrative Services building at 200 West Oak Street.

Signature acknowledgements, Certification of Documents, and Affidavits/Jurats are the services available.

You must provide a valid picture ID (State issued ID card, Driver's License, Military ID card or passport) and a $5.00 fee per document. No appointment necessary.

We are unable to provide witnesses. If witnesses are required on a document you are having notarized, please have the witnesses accompany you to our office and have them bring a government issued, picture ID with them.

We are unable to complete I-9 forms.
