Instructions

  1. Enter your name, email, phone and estimated value.
    • Email is required if you would like to receive confirmation of your appointment. We respect your privacy and wil not share your data.
    • Enter your estimate of the property's value as it existed January 1, 2021 based on market data prior to July 1, 2020.
  2. Search for a property using your Schedule/Account Number, Parcel Number or Address.
  3. In the Search Results table, click the Use This button next to the property you wish to protest.
  4. This will launch the scheduling form in a new tab, populated with your contact and property info.
  5. Select a date and time, verify your info and click the Confirm Appointment button. The system will send you an email confirmation.
  6. Your protest does not become official until you complete and confirm your appointment and participate in your phone call.
  7. Please avoid booking duplicate appointments as it can delay the filing of your official protest.
