The Assessor’s popular interactive Value Change Heat map of residential property value changes was developed using Geographic Information Systems technology. This interactive map illustrates how 2023 residential value changes occurred in neighborhoods throughout Larimer County. This dynamic tool complements the Notice of Valuation statements for the 2023 reappraisal.
