- Supportive mentorship with others in the field
- Free supervision for those working towards licensure
- Creating more levels of providers, increasing peer support professionals, expanding telehealth options, introducing culturally relevant trainings, and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Training and Continuing Education for the workforce, including trauma-informed care for healthcare workers, resource navigators, and care coordinators.
