- Must have title in name, or received Title Complete Notice, or verified the title status here
- Need to purchase a new set of license plates

- VIN or Title number
- Proof of Insurance
- Proof of Emission Test (if required)
- Choose a plate type
- Credit Card or Checking account information (additional charges apply)
