Our online permitting system offers an easy, convenient way to submit permit applications, add contractors to your project, pay fees, download permits, schedule inspections, check your inspector's estimated time of arrival (ETA), see inspection results, and so much more.

We have been utilizing the online portal for Miscellaneous Permits and beginning February 6th online submittal will be available for the following permit types:

  • New Detached Utility Buildings (Additions and alterations to existing utility buildings must still be applied for with hard copies).
  • Energy (Ground Mount, Roof/Wall Mount, Solar Water Heating and Wind Generator) - Please note that if a panel upgrade is required for the solar install, a separate miscellaneous electrical permit must be applied for.  It cannot be included in the solar permit.
