CSU Strata
CSU STRATA is a private, not-for-profit corporation, legally separate from the CSU system. We support and serve the campuses and affiliates of the CSU System through strategic real estate management, project development services, special project oversight, intellectual property management and technology transfer services, as well as operational management of regional, state, national, and international assets.

CSU Research Innovation Center provides a safe, secure, state of art facility for university investigators, government scientists and industry representatives to collaboratively research the basic biology, biochemistry, molecular biology and epidemiology of bacteria and viruses that cause human and animal diseases.

The Estes Park EDC Business Accelerator Services of Estes (B.A.S.E.) Program is the premier business accelerator program in the Estes Valley. Through partnerships with Larimer SBDC and Innosphere Ventures, the Estes Park EDC B.A.S.E. Program provides customized, hands on assistance and business resources to Estes Valley startups and scale-ups.

The Loveland Business Development Center (LBDC) offers no-cost, confidential consulting services, business workshops and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs and existing businesses.

Fort Collins' Multicultural Business and Entrepreneurship Center
The Multicultural Business & Entrepreneur Center (MBEC) is a free bilingual (English & Spanish) center that provides business owners and entrepreneurs easy access to business service providers, resources, mentorship and specialty training.
