Who is Eligible for Career Transition & Training Program Services?

WIOA programs offered by the Career Transition and Training Team at LCEWD serve individuals age 18+.  

Eligibility categories currently being served include:  

• Veterans or eligible spouses of a veteran who are public assistance recipients or low-income individuals.
• Unemployed Larimer County resident who is a public assistance recipient or low-income individual (SNAP, TANF, LEAP, CCAP, Housing, Pell, SSI)
• Dislocated Workers defined as individuals who have experienced a permanent job loss/layoff or pending job loss in an industry where their occupation is no longer in demand AND are monetarily eligible for Unemployment Insurance (UI).
