Join the Conservation Corps Team!
Contribute to local climate action goals in the great outdoors! The Larimer County Conservation Corps (LCCC) offers positions to young adults to spend a season serving on meaningful conservation projects throughout the Front Range of Colorado.
Serve on a crew with 8-10 peers while engaging in a combination of hands-on projects and service-learning activities focused on environmental awareness, community engagement and personal and professional skill development.
Crew Leader positions are hourly roles while crew member and assistant crew leader positions are AmeriCorps roles, earning a biweekly stipend, AmeriCorps education award,
and national service recognition. AmeriCorps positions are limited to individuals ages 18-30, see position descriptions for details.

Applications for summer and fall land conservation crews will open in early 2025.
Trail crews complete trail building and maintenance, invasive species removal, and habitat restoration projects.
Forestry crews complete fire mitigation, hazardous tree removal, invasive species management, and watershed protection, using chainsaws.
Water & Energy members complete free home efficiency assessments. Hiring begins in October and positions run January through May.
