How does the Graffiti Ordinance Work?

Your property has been vandalized by graffiti.  The county recognizes you are the victim and investigates all reported graffiti sightings.  Code Compliance can assist the Property Caretaker (owner, tenant, lessee) in the removal of the graffiti, but ultimately, it is the Property Caretaker’s responsibility to remove the graffiti.
