Connections supports individuals by referring them to behavioral health care providers across the community. The program has a group of trained behavioral health providers and care coordinators who can provide answers to you questions about mental health or substance use, options for treatment, and support to help you find care for your unique concerns. SummitStone Health Partners
Summitstone operates the Acute Care facility at the Larimer County Behavioral Health Services at Longview Campus. They provides services to people of all ages and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Longview campus represents a beacon of hope for everyone in the community. Whether you are in crisis or recovery, you can find the right care, right when you need it.
Who Can Get Care?
Children, teenagers, and adults.
People who are uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid recipients, and those with private insurance.
Interpretation services are available for those who speak a language other than English.

23-hour observation
Crisis Stabilization Unit
Medically-assisted withdrawal management (formerly known as detox)
Substance-use treatment
Individual and group counseling
Pharmacy/lab
