The following files are available for download and are in an ESRI File Geodatabase or OpenFileGDB (.gdb) and shape file (.shp) formats - NAD 1983 HARN coordinate system. We also provide a select set of data in WGS 1984 coordinate system.
Note: We have added support for .gdb files and discontinued support of the .mdb file format on September 7, 2018.
All datasets are considered "works in progress" and may not represent actual conditions in the field. These datasets are being made available "as-is". Larimer County makes no claims as to the accuracy or completeness of this information. Datasets noted as "LETA" are maintained by and provided to Larimer County by the Larimer Emergency Telephone Authority (NoCo Alert).
Datasets with an * indication are refreshed the evening of the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month and are typically available for download the following Friday. This refresh will include updates to the data if any have been made. Otherwise, the datasets are updated on an ad-hoc basis. Holiday schedules could affect the updates. Every effort is made to perform the updates prior to the holiday with this occurs.
The GIS datasets that we have made available on this site consist of those Larimer County either creates or is authorized to distribute. Some of the datasets that we cannot distribute are available directly by the creators via internet downloads. Our hydrography, and Census boundaries are obtained through USGS.

| LETA Sites is a point feature class representing addressed structures and parcels within the LETA jurisdiction (all of Larimer County including landline locations within Berthoud Fire Protection and Windsor/Severance Fire Rescue districts). Each point should represent a single structure or units within a structure’s building envelope. Each point is unique by its aggregated ADDRESS, BUILDING, UNIT, and MUNICIPAL values.
