The Recording Activity Notification Service allows community members to create an alert and receive an email notification if a document is recorded in their name. This service is provided by the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder at no charge.

Recorded documents may be viewed and purchased online using EASY ACCESS. Individuals who register within the system will have enhanced access to recorded documents - making searching, purchasing, downloading and printing images available 24/7.
Easy Access may be unavailable the 2nd Thursday of every month from 6pm to 6am MST for system maintenance.
Please Note: Users who do not register within system, and choose to remain anonymous, will have access to data only, without the capacity to view or print images.
Searchable indexing is available online from 1971 to present. Documents recorded prior to 1971 will require a book search which must be conducted in our office at 200 W Oak Street in Fort Collins. Our office cannot conduct searches of public records on your behalf, pursuant to C.R.S. 30-10-101(2.5)(c).
