On February 13, 2023, The Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a local area hospital for the death of a bicyclist struck by a motor vehicle. The crash occurred at the intersection of Harmony Road and McMurry Avenue in Fort Collins, CO. The decedent was identified as James DEFAZIO, age 76 of Fort Collins.

 A Forensic autopsy was performed by Dr. Joe White, DO.

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Injuries.
