On March 10th, 2023, Larimer County Sheriff's Department responded to a call with two deceased individuals off Button Rock Rd. in Lyons, CO. The Larimer County Coroner's Office has identified the individuals that were in the home as Anna Marie Moore, age 58, and Charles Frederick Moore, age 61. 

A forensic autopsy was performed on both individuals by Forensic Pathologist Dr. Joe White at the Larimer County Forensic Science Center in Fort Collins, CO. The cause and manner of death are as follow:

Anna Moore

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

Manner of Death: Homicide

Charles Moore

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

Manner of Death: Suicide
