On June 6^th, 2023, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a death at the Jack Christiansen Track Parking Lot on the CSU campus to investigate the death of a 19-year-old male found deceased in his parked vehicle.

The decedent is identified as Colton KAASE of Brenham, Texas.

A full forensic autopsy was completed on 06/07/2023 at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center by Dr. Joe White, DO.
