On June 12^th, 2023, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to Poudre Valley Hospital Emergency Department to investigate the death of a 38-year-old male who had been transported to their facility from Warren Lake in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The decedent is identified as Abad Leon of Fort Collins, Colorado.

A full forensic autopsy was performed on 06/13/2023 by Dr. Joe White, DO.

Cause and Manner of Death is pending further investigation.
