Larimer County on October 12 submitted its State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Project and Expenditure Report for the third quarter of 2023 to the U.S. Treasury Department, as required by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA).

Through the third quarter of 2023, the county has spent a total of $52.3 million, or 75%, of its $69.3 million SLFRF allocation. Larimer County is required to have its entire allocation obligated by the end of calendar year 2024, and the funds spent by the end of calendar year 2026, however, it intends to have all eligible spending completed by the end of 2024.
