On October 1, 2023, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a motor vehicle collision between a Sedan and a SUV at the location of Highway U.S 287 and County Road 54G in La Porte, CO. Both the driver and front-seat passenger of the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene. 

The decedents are identified as 84-year-old Phyllis MOSER (Driver) and 89-year-old Robert MOSER (Passenger) both of Fort Collins, CO.

Full forensic autopsies were performed on October 2, 2023, at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center by Dr. J. White, D.O.

The Cause and Manner of Death for both decedents are as follows:
