In 2018, a diverse coalition of behavioral health stakeholders from Larimer County united to craft a strategic blueprint aimed at tackling the escalating challenges in behavioral health. The resulting Community Master Plan (CMP) for Behavioral Health emerged as a comprehensive five-year strategy, envisioning initiatives to meet behavioral health needs and enhance the overall quality of life for community members.

As the inaugural five-year period of the behavioral health initiative concluded, a critical juncture arrived for reassessing community needs and charting the course for Phase II. Community partners came together once more to establish Community Master Plan 2.0, a refined iteration building upon the foundation laid by the 2018 report.

Available in both English and Spanish, the report emphasizes the potential of cross-sector partnerships and collaborative efforts to effectively address the intricate behavioral health needs spanning the entire continuum of care.

We urge you to not only acquaint yourself with this plan but also actively share it within your networks. Cultivating relationships and fostering collaborative endeavors will play a pivotal role in addressing the identified gaps in care outlined in the report. Together, let's contribute to the realization of a healthier and more resilient community.
