On June 26, 2024, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a section of Lon Hagler Reservoir in Loveland, Colorado, to investigate the death of a 24-year-old male. The decedent was reportedly kayaking the day prior but was reported missing by family after he did not show up at home. The decedent is identified as Uriel RODRIGUEZ-LOPEZ of Fort Collins, CO.

A full forensic autopsy was performed on June 28, 2024, at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center by Dr. Joe White, D.O.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning
