Staff from the Larimer County Assessor’s Office will be conducting fieldwork on structures in unincorporated Larimer County through November 2024.

The inspections are routine and are being conducted to gather and update property information and data throughout Larimer County.

Staff will check on various properties with building permits, including all new construction properties, recent home sales, and properties needing updating.

Assessor staff members will drive Larimer County-marked vehicles and carry Larimer County identification badges while performing these inspections.
