Free caregiver classes added for 2025
The Office on Aging has a variety of classes throughout the year to help caregivers. The classes can help you focus on your well-being while caring for someone else. Classes are free but registration is required. Check out the schedule below for dates and locations.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
In this six-week, evidence-based class, family caregivers will learn 35 tools to avoid burnout, lessen stress, stop negative self-talk, strengthen communication, convey needs, and deal with difficult emotions.

Stress-Busting Program
In this nine-week class, caregivers learn about stress and its effects, practice stress management techniques, and develop problem-solving skills. The course is shown to improve the quality of life for family caregivers and help them manage stress and cope better with their lives.
