MyFriend Ben Colorado is a free, customizable service that provides information on various resources, is now available to the community.

MyFriendBen simplifies access to services and provides information about available resources. The online screening process takes approximately 6 minutes, significantly faster than the 45+ minutes often required by PEAK.

MyFriend Ben is a Larimer County Human Services and Gary Community Ventures partnership. 

Most people who use MyFriendBen find about $1,500 in monthly benefits and tax credits they are likely eligible for, including:

• Train and bus discounts
• Help with heating bills
• Disability benefits
• Food assistance
• Childcare and preschool assistance
• Free or low-cost health insurance

The tool, available on desktop and mobile devices, allows users to anonymously estimate their eligibility and dollar value to make a plan before applying.
