Clarity & Quality of Proposal
- The proposal is well-written, clear, and free of jargon.
- Objectives and key takeaways are clearly stated.
- The session structure is well-organized and engaging.
Presenter Expertise & Credibility
- The presenter has relevant experience, credentials, or a strong track record in their field.
- The presenter can provide real-world examples or case studies.
- Past speaking engagements, publications, or industry contributions are considered.
Engagement & Interactivity
- The session includes interactive elements such as Q&A, case studies, role-playing, or group discussions.
- The proposal demonstrates how attendees will be actively engaged rather than just listening to a lecture.
- Sessions that incorporate storytelling, humor, or compelling narratives are encouraged.
Actionable Takeaways

Notification of Acceptance
Applicants will be notified of the status of their proposal by May 1, 2025.
