- Vehicle Licensing - TRANSACTIONS ARE IN PERSON BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To make an appointment for Fort Collins, Loveland or Estes Park, visit larimer.org/bookatime. In order to maintain our appointment schedule, no more than 2 transactions may be completed in each appointment time slot. If you have more than 2 transactions, you will need to make additional appointments consecutively. Phone staff will be available from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, call (970) 498-7878, Option 5. Your patience is appreciated — hold times may be a bit longer as call volumes rise.
- Recording - By appointment only to be issued a marriage or civil union license and for passport applications. Please visit larimer.org/recording to schedule an appointment. To maintain our appointment schedule for passport applications, no more than 3 applications can be submitted in each appointment time slot, for larger groups, schedule back-to-back appointments.
- Elections will determine if an in-person visit is necessary after providing guidance via email (elections@larimer.org) or phone (970-498-7820).

- Please note: The Loveland and Estes Park locations also serve as Vehicle Licensing branch offices. Applying for a civil union or marriage license at these offices may mean longer wait times, especially on the 1st and last days of any month.
- complete the marriage or civil union application before scheduling your appointment.
- only the person(s) conducting business that have scheduled an appointment are allowed entry - any other visitors must wait away from the building.
- marriage and civil union licenses must be used within 35 days of issuance.
- documents for recording can be dropped off at 200 W Oak (payment by check or money order only in the exact amount). If payment is not attached to the document, we will be unable to record the document(s) and they will be rejected. The recorded document will be returned to you by mail. You may drop off a completed marriage license/certificate for recording. After it is recorded, we will mail the marriage license/certificate back to the couple at the address they provided on their marriage application.
Our Recording Department is currently recording all documents delivered to us --- electronically, by mail, and by drop off.
Passport processing, notary services and the sale of park permits and pet licenses are not available at this time.

IMPORTANT VOTER ADVISORY
Please be advised that the following Democratic Party candidates have filed the necessary paperwork with the Colorado Secretary of State to formally withdraw as candidates for United States President in the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election:
- Michael Bennet
- John K. Delaney
- Amy Klobuchar
- Pete Buttigieg
Under Colorado law, all votes cast for candidates who formally withdraw are invalid and will not be counted. Section 1-4-1001(1)(c) and 1-5-412(3), C.R.S.
The self-service renewal kiosk located in the King Soopers store at 1842 N College Avenue in Fort Collins is currently out of service. Please visit one of the other kiosk locations or check back here for updates.

The Vehicle Licensing offices in Loveland, Fort Collins and Estes Park will be closed on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8th.
