Donations

If you would like to make a donation to one of our behavioral health initiatives, please complete the following steps:

1. Make your donation by check payable to Larimer County
    
2. Include in the memo field where you would like to direct your donation:
   a) Acute Care Facility
   b) Co-Responder Program
   c) Future Longview Campus Initiatives & Programming
   d) Impact Fund Grant Program
    
3. Mail the check to the following address:
   Larimer County Behavioral Health Services
   ATTN: Summer Leaming, Accounting
   200 W. Oak Street - 5th Floor
   Fort Collins, CO  80521
    
4. If you are making the donation in honor of or in memory of someone, please include those details in an accompanying letter along with your check. We would be honored to learn more about the person you are paying tribute to with your donation.
    
5. Be sure to include your return address on the envelope. After we receive your donation we will send you a letter as a receipt for your donation to BHS.
