Thank you, taxpayers, for making this important program a reality! The grant program is currently closed but re-opens each year between May and June. Check back in spring 2026 for more information.

The following resources are designed to help applicants identify whether our program is a good fit, understand how grants are evaluated, and more.

Familiarize yourself with the Areas We Fund and Eligibility Criteria to determine if your program might be a good candidate for grant funding.

To help you develop a competitive application we recommend you:

Required Application Documents

  • W-9 (2018 form or later)
  • IRS Public Charity Designation letter or EIN verification letter
  • Organization's current fiscal year operating budget
  • Organization's prior fiscal year income/financial statement (P&L) *full year, not partial year
  • Organization's prior fiscal year balance sheet
  • Most recent audited financial statements (if applicable)
  • Note: Documents are stored in your organizational profile in the grant portal. Please ensure documents are updated with the most up-to-date information.

Our goal is for applicants to have the best information and tools to support their submission of a competitive application. 

  • Reach out to our team at any point. The earlier you do so, the more time we have to guide you through the process and answer questions.
  • Attend a webinar so you feel best equipped to apply. Although attendance is not required, it is strongly recommended.
