Cost:  $41,207,000

The current HEH departments that occupy facilities on Blue Spruce in Fort Collins will need 50% more space than what is available in the next 20 years, according to the projections made in the Larimer County Facilities Master Plan.

  • Food Safety & Restaurant

  • TANF, Food Stamps, and WIC
  • Caregiver Support

  • Bringing together child protection services to promote successful family outcomes
  • Enhanced services for a growing population of older adults
  • Convenient access to workforce, health and human services

If programs that provide alternatives to jail continue to grow as currently projected in Larimer County Facilities Master

Plan. Alternative Sentencing and Community Corrections buildings need to expand by 80%.

  • Pretrial Services
  • Community Service, Electronic Home Detention, Midweek, 
    Workenders, and Work Release sentencing
  • Community Corrections Residential Facility
  • Wellness Court
  • Day Reporting Center

 

Expansion of Justice Center and 
Old Town Parking

Cost: $119,728,000

Based on the courtroom projections in Larimer County Facilities Master Plan, the Justice Center needs to grow to more than double its current size in the next 20 years.
