We are transitioning to a new appointment system on August 1, 2025. We appreciate your patience during this process.
What do I need?
- Review the process for adding or removing a name from a title.
- Review the process for adding or removing a lien from a title.
- Must be listed as the owner or an agent of the owner
- If the owner is a business, the agent acting on behalf of the business must provide a letter of authorization
- If the owner is an individual who will not be present at the appointment, the acting agent must have a valid power of attorney
- The current title
- If the current title is not available, please call us at 970-498-7878, option 5, before making an appointment
- DR 2395 Joint Tenancy with Rights of Survivorship Acknowledgement of Intent , if more than one person will be listed as an owner on the title
- Driver’s License or other Secure and Verifiable Identification (SVID)
- Payment - additional fees apply for credit/debit card payments
- Additional items may be required. Please have all paperwork related to your vehicle available at the time of service
This transaction must be completed in person. Appointments are highly recommended.
If you do not find an appointment time that works for you, walk-in service is available during business hours.
