Open to anyone with an active warrant in Larimer or Jackson Counties for a low-level offense. (Eligible and ineligible offenses listed below.)
✅ Eligible Charges
- Misdemeanor, Traffic, and Petty Drug charges (except those listed as Ineligible)
- Drug Felony 4 (DF4) charges
- Lovleand Municipal Court charges
- Class 5 and Class 6 Felonies (except those listed as Ineligible)
- Failure to Register
❌ Ineligible Charges
- Domestic Violence Misdemeanors or Felonies
- Any Victim Rights cases (VRA)
- Careless Driving Causing Death or Injury
- Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender
- Felony Eluding
- Sex Offenses (except Failure to Register)
- Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 Felonies (excluding DF4)
- Pending jury trial on case where warrant is issued
- Sentenced to jail and warrant is from Failure to Appear for execution of sentence
