SCOPE OF WORK
Phase I of the Country Club reconstruction and multi-use path project. This phase is a roundabout at Country Blub Road and Lemay Avenue. Proposed Improvements include:
- roundabout at Country Club and Lemay Ave
- multi-use path adjacent to the roundabout and extending south to Tavelli Elementary
- utility relocates to accommodate new infrastructure
PURPOSE
This project will improve:
- safety
- pavement condition
- capacity for all users
BUDGET
$4,000,000
Larimer County has been awarded grant funding for design work on this project. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2028.
PROJECT STATUS
- topographic and environmental surveys, and geotechnical bores are underway
- conceptual level plans for the roundabout will be complete this fall
- design is anticipated to be completed in 2027
- construction: if funding identified, construction could begin in 2028
