SCOPE OF WORK
One mile of pedestrian/bicycle trail (CR 32E north to Timnath). Improvements include:
- 10’ wide concrete trail
PURPOSE
This project is planned to:
- complete the final section of the Poudre River Trail between Fort Collins and Greeley
BUDGET
$3,000,000
Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) and CDOT grants are funding a portion of the project costs
PROJECT STATUS
- Connell Resources was awarded the construction contracts for the trail and fence
- trail construction started September, 2025
- trail and fence construction is complete
- a ribbon cutting ceremony was held Saturday, June 13, 2026
- revegetation efforts of disturbed areas is ongoing
