October Storytime

Let's dig into October's Storytime, all about compost! What happens to our pumpkins after Halloween is over? We'll learn how composting can help us reduce, reuse, and recycle with our seasonal story, Pumpkin Jack by Will Hubbell. Then we'll get our hands dirty and meet some creepy-crawly decomposers (worms) in our vermicompost bin, which help break down our food waste and turn it into compost we can use! Finally, we will do a fun fall craft all about composting and decomposers.
