We are hosting a TEEN JOB FAIR in partnership with Colorado Youth Outdoors for youth & their parents.

Attendees have the opportunity to:

  • Meet and network with local employers in a job fair format.
  • Learn about PAID internships, summer opportunities & MORE!

CareerRise Newsletter

Jump Start Your Job Search

Spring Break Learning Session

Use your spring break to build job search skills and get ready to apply with confidence. Jump Start Your Job Search is designed for youth and young adults ages 14–21 who want to understand key job search topics.  Each session is active, supportive, and designed so participants can start where they are. No previous job experience required!

Each 2-hour session includes a short welcome and breakout stations. Youth choose the station that fits their experience level and work with staff support throughout.

The Young Entrepreneur Tournament

Applications for Spring 2026 are closed.

Youth ages 12-18. This 5-part workshop will assist you in identifying & preparing a business plan & will wrap up with youth presenting their business plan to local business leaders & compete for up to $2,000 in cash awards.

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment and TAC212 each hire high school students between the ages of 16-18 for the position of Youth Engagement Specialist. Hiring typically occurs between late spring and early summer each year.
