Evaluation of Solicitation Responses

In determining the most responsive, responsible, and reasonable Quote, Bid, or Proposal, deemed most advantageous to Larimer County, the following should also be considered in addition to price and evaluation factors published in the Solicitation: 

1. Ability of the vendor to perform the Contract or provide the goods and/or services within the time specified.
2. Ability of the vendor to meet the qualifications published in the Solicitation.Ability of the vendor to meet the specifications published in the Solicitation.
3. The reputation, experience, and efficiency of the vendor.
4. The comparative quality of the goods and services bid or proposed.
5. The vendor's historical compliance with laws and ordinances relating to the services/goods provided.
6. The sufficiency of the financial resources of the vendor to perform the Contract or provide the goods and services.
7. The quality, availability, and adaptability of the goods and services to the particular use required.
8. The ability of the vendor to provide future maintenance and service.
9. The number and scope of conditions attached to the vendor’s quote, bid, or proposal.
10. The quality of vendor's performance on previous contracts.
