Larimer County Community Resource Guide
The Healthy Larimer Committee created a resource guide to help connect community members to local resources and services. Members of HLC noticed that many people, especially those in marginalized communities, struggled to find up-to-date, reliable information about local services. The group collaborated to gather, verify, and organize resources across different areas of need, creating a user-friendly guide that reflects the realities and strengths of the Larimer County community. The tabs below provide information about organizations that provide resources and support, organized by need.
