KIDS - Our Partners

Larimer County Kids Initiative for Developmental Support (KIDS) is a coalition dedicated to the developmental and social-emotional health of all Larimer County children. Representatives from the following organizations actively participate in this coalition.

  • ABCD LogoThe Assuring Better Child Health & Development mission is to align and mobilize pediatric and community partners to improve early childhood developmental outcomes.
  • CSRC LogoThe Children's Speech & Reading Center in Fort Collins, Colorado is a not for profit center specializing in childhood speech, language and reading development.
  • ECC LogoThe Early Childhood Council of Larimer County (ECCLC) is one of Colorado's 34 Early Childhood Councils working to improve services to children and families.
  • EVICS logoEstes Valley Investment in Childhood Success (EVICS) exists to support and promote quality early childhood services so that all young children in The Estes Valley have the care, support and opportunities necessary to grow, learn and succeed.
  • Estes Valley School DistrictEstes Valley School District's mission and vision: "A Community Partnership in Education --Where Each Student Reaches His or Her Potential for Success".
  • La FamiliaThe Family Center, La Familia, works in partnership with families through a shared vision that all families in our community have the opportunity to lead productive, healthy and interdependent lives regardless of race, income, ethnicity or where they live.
  • Foothills GatewaySince 1972, Foothills Gateway has improved the lives of thousands of people with cognitive disabilities and their families in Northern Colorado by helping to conquer challenges and achieve their maximum potential.
  • Health District of Northern Larimer CountyThe mission of the Health District of Northern Larimer County is to improve our community’s health status.
  • HCP logoHCP for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs' mission is to provide all children with special health care needs the opportunity to obtain services that encourage and assist their optimal development.
  • CYFLarimer County Department of Human Services, Children, Youth & Families Division (CYF) supports the right of children to be safe.
  • P-CICThe Parent-Child Interaction Center, LLC (P-CIC) seeks to enhance the emotional and social health of children, individuals, and families in Northern Colorado through education, resources, community partnerships, support and empowerment.
  • Poudre School DistrictPoudre School District, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, serves approximately 27,000 students and includes 50 schools. PSD, the 9th largest school district in Colorado, covers 1,856 square miles in northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Laporte, Timnath, Wellington, Red Feather, Livermore, Stove Prairie, and parts of Windsor.
  • SaludSalud operates ten community health clinics and a mobile unit. Salud serves all community members with the low-income, medically underserved population and migrant and seasonal farmworker population as the priority clientele.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist with training and experience in addressing the unique needs of young children and their families.
  • Summit Stone Health PartnersSummit Stone Health Partners' Mission: To provide unsurpassed behavioral health prevention, intervention, and treatment services in Larimer County.
  • Thompson School DistrictThompson School District is the 17th largest school district in Colorado, encompassing 362 square miles.
  • Healthy HarborsHealthy Harbors provides a 'medical home' for children in frequent transition. Providing medical, dental and/or mental health care to Larimer County children living in out-of-home placements.
