Although Christina was the only person at the front desk, she had a cheery and upbeat attitude, was extremely polite and helpful in knowing what floor and department I needed to go (needed property documentation for a fence in my backyard), as well as she provided the same quality of customer service to others. Since I am fairly new to the area, the service that Christina provided is refreshing from what I've dealt with in the city. Another reason why I'm glad to have moved to Fort Collins!
