Berni goes out of her way to ensure that whatever is asked of her is finished and completed in a timely manner. In her position, she is asked to do things that aren't always easy to deal with, but I have never heard her complain. She does a fantastic job of ensuring that staff and county residents are provided with excellent customer service.
She assists people using the conferences rooms and often the people using these rooms are in need of extra tables, chairs or other supplies to continue with their gatherings. Berni understands the urgency of their needs and does her best to ensure their requests are fulfilled on time.
Berni goes beyond what is expected with a positive attitude and is helpful to everyone. Her hard work at Larimer County is appreciated by many.
