Thank You for APS Caseworker Devynn Nutt

I wanted to give a compliment for Devynn, who has gone above and beyond to help one of our mutual clients over the past several weeks.  She recognized a need and coordinated with us and other community agencies, which resulted in extra support and immediate treatment for this client when she was at risk of severe decompensation.  During this time, Devynn has been responsive and ensured that a multitude of the client’s needs were met, even making herself available to help on necessary processes for an admission to our Crisis Stabilization Unit when she was already off the clock.  Outside of this specific case, Devynn has also effectively communicated about other clients’ needs and sent appropriate referrals to us during crisis situations for both assessment and follow-up.  I just wanted you to know that we appreciate her and that she’s been doing great work!  Thanks and hope you have a good rest of the week.

We’ve visited lake carter twice in the last two weeks. Both times we had to decontaminate coming from lakes in the Denver area. Nobody loves to decon when you are ready to get out on the water. Big times we were greeted by Norm when we went to have our motor/bags flushed. He was courteous and prompt and even talked to us about the lake. We had a great time and really appreciated the amazing service from Norm. Please pass on our thanks and kudos to him!

Thank You to Natural Resources Rangers from a Hiker at Horsetooth Mountain Open Space

“Yesterday, Sat. Sept. 2, my friend and I hiked Horsetooth [Mountain] Open Space. She had an emergency, and I called #911. Within minutes, the ranger was there, and the ATV with a crew was there. They took care of everything. In addition, they were so nice and reassuring. I am forever grateful for their great training and personal demeanor. Thank you very much.”
