Larimer County hosted a neighborhood meeting on July 29, 2026 to introduce the project to property owners in the vicinity of County Road 44H and County Road 63E. The meeting provided an opportunity for the public to learn more about the project and give feedback on the project. The slides and posters shared at the meeting are presented below.
Comments provided during the neighborhood meeting will be considered in the development of final design plans that will be submitted as part of the state and county permitting processes. There will be additional opportunities for public comment during the application phase for the Colorado Division of Mining, Reclamation & Safety 110 Construction Materials Permit and the Larimer County Location & Extent Procedure.
