Larimer County will host a neighborhood meeting in 2026 to share project details and gather community input. Meeting notifications will be sent to neighbors in the Pingree Park area, and information will be posted on this website before the meeting.
If you're interested in learning more about the project, please join us, ask questions, and share feedback. Comments provided during the neighborhood meeting will be considered in the development of final design plans that will be submitted as part of the state and county permitting processes. Opportunities for public comment will also be available during the application phase for the Colorado Division of Mining, Reclamation & Safety 110 Construction Materials Permit and the Larimer County Location & Extent Procedure.
