FAQs

  1. What kind of tickets can I take care of through your online management system?

You can pay Municipal Tickets (tickets that say Town of Berthoud/Wellington or Town of Berthoud/Wellington Court on them), as well as Ordinance/Traffic tickets (tickets that have "Ordinance" marked at the top, or that list Larimer County Court) on our website using the above links. You can also follow the above link to pay your State of Colorado ticket.

IMPORTANT: You CANNOT pay your Larimer County ticket on the State of Colorado website. If you submitted payment to them, especially if the website advised your ticket was not in the system, see below for how to proceed.

  2. What do I do if I received a Collections Letter from the Larimer County Courts but I paid my ticket to the State and should have paid my ticket to LCSO?

Review your bank statement to see if the State issued you a refund. If they did, contact the Courts at 970-494-3500 EXT 5 to pay your ticket. If they did not, you will need to contact the Department of Revenue at 303-205-5613 and they can issue you a refund. You will still need to pay the Larimer County Courts.

  3. How do I pay my juvenile citation?

YOU CANNOT PAY JUVENILE CITATIONS ONLINE.

Tickets issued to minors must be paid in person or via mail with a notarized juvenile advisement form.  If you are missing the juvenile advisement form, which should be on the back of the ticket, click here for a blank copy.

  4. Need help?

You can contact our Records Department at (970) 498-5100 with any further questions.
