Courtesy orange tag notices for manufactured homes

The Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee’s Office will be posting orange tag notices next week through the month of September. These tags serve as a courtesy reminder for owners of manufactured homes with delinquent 2024 property taxes (payable in 2025) to make a payment by September 29, 2025.

Taxpayers have multiple convenient options to pay outstanding property taxes:

  • Online: Credit card, debit card, or eCheck (eCheck payments are free) atlarimer.gov/treasurer/pay
  • By Mail: Send payments to:  Larimer County Treasurer  P.O. Box 2336,  Fort Collins, CO 80522
  • Drop Box: Use the secure 24-hour drop box located at: 200 W. Oak St., Fort Collins, CO
