Carter Lake Death – September 12, 2025
On September 12, 2025, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to an area in Carter Lake to investigate the death of a 66-year-old male. The decedent went missing on September 11, 2025, after he was seen in the water near his kayak without a flotation device. The decedent is identified as Paul Steven AUSTIN of Longmont, Colorado.
A full forensic autopsy was performed on September 15, 2025, at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center by Dr. J. White, D.O.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Drowning

El 15 de Septiembre de 2025, el Dr. J. White realizó una autopsia forense completa en el Centro de Ciencias Forenses del Condado de Larimer.
