The draft Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan for Larimer County is now available for public review and feedback. The 30-day public comment window runs through September 20, 2026. The annual plan serves as one of the main planning document for WIOA-funded programs operated by Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development.
