Each session investigates a different aspect of county government and offers firsthand opportunities to see what Larimer County is doing for you!

Road & Bridge Tour - May 29
Larimer: Unlocked is hitting the road for a night with the Road & Bridge and Engineering Departments!
Whether you drive, ride, or walk on county roads, there’s a whole world behind the scenes—design, maintenance, funding, and some seriously impressive machinery.
Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour to learn and discover how your local roads and bridges are planned, paid for, and kept in top condition.

Solid Waste Landfill Tour - June 5
Join us for an evening learning about the Larimer County Solid Waste Department!
Have you wondered what happens to your trash after you throw it away? Are you unsure about what can be recycled and what goes in the trash? Are you puzzled about what to do with those cans of painting hanging out in the garage? Larimer County Solid Waste can answer all these questions and more! Tour the landfill, visit the Garbage Garage and Drop & Swap Shop, and learn all about what happens to solid waste in your community.
